Delete your Tend account

You can delete your Tend account and its data at any time, straight from the app:

  1. Open Tend
  2. Go to Profile → Settings
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your account, profile, and the personal content connected to it — diary entries, answers, photos, voice notes, letters and messages — are removed, and your relationship pairing is ended. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Can't access the app?

Email us at support@tendapp.uk from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account", and we'll delete your account within 30 days.

What we may keep

Some minimal records may be kept where the law requires it (for example, records of past purchases).
